Description:

2023-24 After School Program Application - Children must be enrolled in Kindergarten to Grade 6 during the 2023-24 school year to apply.

This application DOES NOT confirm you are registered for MAX Families After School Program. Your application will be reviewed to ensure we have space at your requested site and bus route.

We will contact you by email within 3 business days of receiving this application. If space is available, you will have the opportunity to confirm enrollment at that time.

*Note, the new site at Macdonald Drive Junior High will open based on demand. If there is not sufficient interest to operate this site, children will be guaranteed a seat at our New Cove Road facility, with transportation. If you do not wish to attend New Cove Road site, you can withdraw and your deposit will be refunded.
